Cancellation Policy If a client chooses to cancel their membership, the following terms apply:

• Non-Refundable Payments: All membership payments made prior to cancellation are non-refundable, including any associated fees or charges.
• Accrued Services: Memberships require a three (3)-month minimum commitment. After this period, memberships continue on a month-to-month basis. Members may cancel with 30 days’ notice by contacting Eternal Beauty by TNG in person, by phone, or by email. Clients will have sixty (60) days from the cancellation date to redeem any accrued services or membership benefits. After this period, any unused services or benefits will expire and will no longer be available. All memberships start on the 1st of each month.

Additional Terms & Conditions Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. Clients are responsible for notifying Eternal Beauty by TNG of any changes to their address, contact information, or payment method to avoid interruptions in service.

• 10% off all products

Each membership includes two (2) lash refills and one (1) touch-up per month for Classic, Hybrid, Volume, or Wet Set eyelash extensions, based on the membership type selected.

Members may upgrade to a different lash style at the time of their appointment for an additional fee, which is due at the time of service. If the upgraded style is a better fit, members may choose to upgrade to a higher membership tier for an additional recurring membership fee.

Membership fees cannot be applied toward other services offered at Eternal Beauty by TNG. However, members receive 10% off retail products and any additional services or upgrades, with applicable fees paid at the time of service.

If three (3) refill credits are accrued, they may be redeemed for one full set of Classic, Hybrid, Volume, or Mega Volume lashes, depending on the membership type. Members are encouraged to use refill appointments as intended to maintain the health and appearance of their natural lashes.
